Beaches Town Center to Add 25,000sqft Development set to open Fall 2024
Grand Ocean, a 25,000-square-foot mixed-use luxury development, is set to break ground on June 1 at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and the ocean, in the heart of The Beaches Town Center. The Grand Ocean spokesperson stated that the three-story building will be a cultural and commercial hub for the Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach communities. The development will consist of two floors of office space and a bottom floor featuring high-end retail, dining, and other amenities. Grand Ocean will offer on-site street parking and full-time valet services for all tenants and customers of the building.
J&H Advisors, Inc., a Jacksonville Beach-based group representing the project owner, said that their vision is to create a unique place that both locals and visitors will appreciate. They have carefully considered the beaches community to ensure that the new addition complements the traditional seaside neighborhoods’ unique character. The developers plan to make Grand Ocean more than just another building at the beach.
The planned opening for Grand Ocean is set for the fall of 2024. The development is expected to become a cultural and commercial center in The Beaches Town Center. The project’s thoughtful approach to community integration and preservation of the area’s charm is likely to make it a landmark for years to come.
